Italy collection 
An original plein air painting completed in my study abroad program in Florence, Italy. 
I was captivated by Italy and wanted to create work that was inspired by what I experienced. 
Women always inspire me so it didn’t surprise me that this statue grabbed my attention and I knew I wanted to paint her. Florence is stunning… and I think it’s because of its rich culture and history all throughout.
